Moose Salisbury Steak

5 backstrap, tenderloin, or shoulder steaks--elk, deer, moose or antelope will all work fine
2 large onions, cut into thin, long strips
4 large, fresh tomatoes, or two 8-oz. cans whole, peeled tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
salt & pepper
worchestershire sauce
Heat oil in large saucepan and brown steaks on both sides. Add rest of ingredients. Cover, turn heat to medium-low and simmer for 30-45 minutes. Serve fresh over a hot bed of rice or noodles, or just eat plain. Delicious.
